Founder

This foundation stands as a voice for the voiceless, a helping hand to the injured, and a light of hope in dark times. Together, we can build a society that values, protects, and supports its workers—because every worker matters.

Challenges for injured workers

Workplace injuries have far-reaching consequences that go beyond physical pain to impact mental health, financial stability, and overall quality of life. Injured workers often find themselves navigating complex bureaucratic systems and struggling to receive fair compensation for their injuries. This tough battle adds to their suffering and increases the need for organizations like WLRF to advocate on their behalf.

Some of our Stories

Promoting mental health and wellness

WLRF reckons that workplace injuries can have intense psychological impact. To address this, WLRF partners with mental health professionals to provide counselling and support to affected workers. This extensive approach under stresses WLRF’s commitment to healing beyond recovery.
